Justis Peters led the meeting because Chad Meadows could not attend.
Goals for the evening were to break out into Sub-committees and Sub-committees were to pick their group speaker and decide whether they would report at the October 20 or November 6 meeting.
It was reported that Ken Updegrave recorded the Eric Kelley talk and that tapes of the talk were available to watch. It was decided if there is time available on November 6, after Sub-committee reports, we will view the tape. Otherwise Sub-committees or individuals can secure tapes and view them.
Peter Evans reported that the Neighborhood Preservation Task Force submitted its recommendations to the City today. The Recommendations were two pages long. Justus Peters will put the Recommendations on the web site.
